Vorarlberg is considered as a regional center of architecture in Europe. The contemporary architecture in Vorarlberg is result of a regional development, which has parallels in the comparison hardly. The characteristic strength of these Vorarlberger building scene was appropriate and is appropriate in the struktive view of building, in the development of the area of the construction and from the use - and in that for the housing (and not only it) appropriate distance from representative, short-lived formalisms.
